Effective October 17, 2025, the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Case Management Program has ended and is no longer accepting new referrals.
This program provided holistic, supportive services for victims of crime to encourage safety, healing, and resiliency. We are deeply grateful to have walked alongside so many individuals and families during their recovery journeys.
While the VOCA Case Management Program has concluded, counseling services to assist victims of crime remain available through Catholic Charities of Fairfield County. Our commitment to helping victims find hope and healing continues through our New Outlook Mental Health Counseling program.
