Program Supervisor – Meals on Wheels

Catholic Charities is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor for its Meals on Wheels program delivering to homes in Norwalk and Stamford. The position is based in Stamford, CT.


  • Responsible for the orderly and efficient delivery of daily meals to enrolled MOW clients, ensuring that meal delivery protocols are followed and that deliveries meet contractual and regulatory requirements, with special attention to CHCPE.
  • Responsible for the supervision, training and evaluation of staff of drivers. 
  • Oversee fleet management of agency vehicles.
  • Complete necessary documentation and required reports to CCFC, SWCAA and Billing Service.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in elderly nutrition field required.
  • Experience supervising and managing staff teams required.
  • Computer proficiency: e-mail, intranet and Microsoft word is required.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Psychiatrist (contract position)

Community Support Specialist – Danbury, CT

Coordinated Access Network (“CAN”) Navigator

Catholic Charities of Fairfield County is seeking an experienced, motivated individual for a part-time (28 hours/week) Coordinated Access Network Navigator for its Homeless Services Department in Danbury, CT.
