Clinician/ Clinical Supervisor

Catholic Charities Behavioral Services of Fairfield County, (Norwalk, CT) is seeking a full-time (35 hours/week) CT Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist or Licensed Social Worker who has expertise in providing short/long term psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, families and groups.

The candidate must possess strong clinical skills in a variety of group work, family systems, substance abuse, informed trauma treatment and clinical supervision within an out-patient treatment model serving mild-to-severe mental health disorders.

Requirements:

  • Master`s degree in one of the following areas of discipline: Clinical Mental Health, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work.
  • Current State of CT License in one of the following areas: Licensed Professional Counselor LPC, Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist LMFT or Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW
  • Minimum of three years’ experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience providing clinical supervision.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload of in–office client appointments and telehealth services.
  • Experience in the use of EHR systems.
  • Provide some early evening coverage.

Homeless Outreach Case Manager

Catholic Charities of Fairfield County is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the full-time position (35 hours/week) of Outreach Case Manager with the Homeless Outreach Team in Danbury, CT.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for implementing CCFC’s strategic mission through the core function of strengths-based client support which will include, but be not limited to: street outreach, engagement, assessment, goal planning, service referral, and advocacy. The Outreach Case Manager will be responsible for engaging with a variety of individuals experiencing street homelessness on goals such as accessing housing, benefits, clinical, medical and substance services, and other resources.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field and/or relevant work experience in the fields of mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness. Advanced communication and problem-solving skills, valid driver’s license, vehicle, and proof of current registration and insurance, experience in data management and reporting required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Housing Property/Case Manager

The qualified candidate will be responsible for maintaining Agency property rentals by providing tenant support, retaining unit capacity, negotiating and enforcing tenant leases, and supervising maintenance, safety, and security of the premises.

Program Supervisor – Meals on Wheels

Catholic Charities is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor for its Meals on Wheels program delivering to homes in Norwalk and Stamford. The position is based in Stamford, CT.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the orderly and efficient delivery of daily meals to enrolled MOW clients, ensuring that meal delivery protocols are followed and that deliveries meet contractual and regulatory requirements, with special attention to CHCPE.
  • Responsible for the supervision, training and evaluation of staff of drivers. 
  • Oversee fleet management of agency vehicles.
  • Complete necessary documentation and required reports to CCFC, SWCAA and Billing Service.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in elderly nutrition field required.
  • Experience supervising and managing staff teams required.
  • Computer proficiency: e-mail, intranet and Microsoft word is required.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
