Office Manager/Billing Coordinator – Catholic Charities Behavioral Health Services

This full- time position will be responsible to direct all administrative operations in the Danbury and Norwalk Behavioral Health Clinics to ensure that the staff, clients and facility are adequately supported.

Responsibilities include:

Supervision of office staff;  input of patient billing information for third-party reimbursement;  payroll reports; bank deposits; accounts receivable database and invoice processing. Ensures the execution of all office operations, including compliance policies, procedures, licensing and accreditation standards.

Required experience and skills:

  • Minimum of three years experience in office management.
  • Technical proficiency in Word, Excel, and /or experience in administrative work and designing basic office systems.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in third-party billing
  • Prior experience in supervising administrative staff
  • Experience  with Electronic Health Records
  • Bachelors degree preferred

Outreach Case Manager (Full Time)

The qualified candidate will be responsible for implementing CCFC’s strategic mission through the core function of strengths-based client support which will include, but be not limited to: street outreach, engagement, assessment, goal planning, service referral, and advocacy.  The Outreach Case Manager will be responsible for engaging with a variety of individuals experiencing street homelessness on goals such as accessing housing, benefits, clinical, medical and substance services, and other resources.

 Qualified candidates will be responsible for implementing CCFC’s strategic mission through the core function of person-centered client support which will include, but not limited to: Engaging all clients accessing the Coordinated Entry System who are not currently receiving case management supports, assessing clients’ needs related to housing in order to assist individuals and families in finding appropriate, safe, affordable housing opportunities, assisting clients with meeting basic needs, client advocacy and ensuring clients are successfully linked to resources as quickly as possible, providing referrals to and support clients in linking with both formal and informal supports.

Education:

Applicants must have a Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related field.

Experience:

At least three years of experience working with homeless individuals & families.

Skills & Requirements:
