Catholic Charities Community Advocacy Program is one of the newest services we offer.  This program was created to provide residents of Fairfield County with a hand-up when facing difficult situations and to connect them with resources in their local area.

People can call our Community Resource Advocate and participate in a brief telephone interview to determine how we can best help.

Loan and Financial Education – Norwalk / Stamford

Catholic Charities Family Loan Program has been serving low-income families in Connecticut for over 20 years.  We provide low-interest loans to working parents to help them overcome obstacles that might jeopardize their employment. Loans can be used to purchase a car, for car repairs, security deposits, immigration fees, childcare costs, or other unplanned expenses.

Catholic Charities launched SNAP Outreach & Engagement to assist food insecure clients receive food stamp benefits and other important resources.
