New Covenant Center, a program of Catholic Charities of Fairfield County, had volunteers collecting food at LaRocca’s Country Market on Old Long Ridge Road in Stamford.
Catholic Charities has announced that it will name the dining hall of the new Thomas Merton Family Center for Father Charles Allen, SJ, longtime assistant to the president of Fairfield University, and friend of Merton Center.
The Thomas Merton Center, announced that it will open a new community center this winter.
Catholic Charities’ Homeless Outreach Services (HOS) is made up of support programs dedicated to serving individuals who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or have been identified as chronically homeless.
