Program Aide - Morning Glory Breakfast & Home Essentials Programs

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 9:30 AM with up to 2.5 additional flex hours each week; $20/hour.

Catholic Charities of Fairfield County, located in Danbury, CT, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Program Aide to support our Morning Glory Breakfast Program and Home Essentials Pantry. This hands-on role assists with meal service, pantry operations, volunteer support, inventory management, and client interaction.

Essential Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Food service or human services experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required
