September 10th marks the return of our system wide “mega picnic” led by our Community Support Program team in Bethel. This decades-long tradition was interrupted by Covid back in 2020 but has been brought back to life by our team and other mental health agencies in our area. Clients From all of these agencies are invited to enjoy a day filled with music, games, friendship, and a delicious barbecue lunch! Past picnics have attracted over 200 people and we are hoping that will continue!

This annual fundraiser for Catholic Charities of Fairfield County’s Danbury programs will feature Dr. Ian Smith, a #1 New York Times bestselling author, physician, and nationally recognized television personality. We are also proud to honor The Russo Family for their outstanding commitment to the community. Proceeds support essential local services including behavioral health counseling, homeless outreach, and community support programs.
