Case Manager-Connecticut Collaborative Reentry Housing
Catholic Charities of Fairfield County is seeking a Case Manager for its CCR Connecticut Collaborative Reentry Housing program located in Bridgeport, CT. This full-time (35-hours/week), benefits-eligible position is responsible to implement Catholic Charities’ strategic mission through the core function of strengths-based client support which will include but be not limited to: assessment, goal planning, service referral and coordination, training, and advocacy.
