At Catholic Charities of Fairfield County’s New Outlook Mental Health Counseling, we recognize the importance of a comprehensive approach to mental health care. In addition to our counseling services, we provide medication management services to our clients, ensuring they receive the appropriate medical support to complement their therapeutic journey toward healing and well-being.

Meet Our Clinicians

Our team of highly skilled clinicians includes licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, and a licensed psychiatrist, all dedicated to providing compassionate care to our clients. We offer multi-lingual services in English, Spanish, and French to accommodate the diverse needs of our community.


New Outlook offers a wide range of services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, group therapy, and medication management. Our evidence-based treatment approaches address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, etc.

Anxiety Support Group

About the Group

Are you struggling with anxiety? Our support group provides a safe and non-judgmental space to share experiences, learn coping skills, and find support from others facing similar challenges.

What to Expect
