Catholic Charities of Fairfield County is seeking a Development Officer for its Stamford, CT location. Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy and working daily with the Directors of the Stamford Family Center and the New Covenant Center, this hybrid, full-time, benefits-eligible position is responsible for focusing on promoting the Catholic Charities Stamford Family Center (CCSFC) and New Covenant Center (NCC) brands through community partners, civic organizations, corporations, private foundations, religious organizations and families/individuals.
Provide compassionate case management for individuals and families in crisis, focusing on crisis intervention, advocacy, and connecting clients to internal and external resources.
Assist in providing high-quality care and education for children aged three-to-five, supporting classroom activities, development, and family advocacy at Room to Grow Preschool.
Deliver structured and compassionate case management services, supervise junior staff, coordinate services, and serve as a key link between clients, community resources, and internal services at Thomas Merton Family Center.
Support the daily operations of the TMFC Kitchen Services Department by ensuring dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen areas are cleaned and sanitized during meal service hours.
