Level 1 Search by Indicator

From the Level 1 Dashboard select Search by Indicator.
If you want just the ones you submitted, use Submitted By for fastest results
If you want multiple programs, hold the CTRL key and select the programs you want.
On the results tabular page, you will see all the records that met your criteria.
Click DETAILS next to the indicator needed.
On the next screen there are 3 sections:
PQI Indicator Details, Quarterly Indicator Report Entries Submission, and the Quarterly Indicator Reporting Form
Scroll down to the form section.
Complete the form with data for the reporting period.
When you click submit, you and your Level 2 Reviewers will receive an email.
