The Thomas Merton Center feeds Bridgeport’s most vulnerable population and has continued to do so throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Food insecurity has become the buzz word lately, and at the Center, we have seen an exponential increase in the demand for pantry and hot food. The Thomas Merton Center also allows guests to take showers at the Center, get clean clothes and sanitary products, and receive case management services.
