Thank you for helping families turn empty apartments into homes.

Fresh Start relies heavily on volunteers and has limited transportation and storage capacity. These guidelines help us serve more families.

Most clients live in small apartments. We cannot accept oversized items such as king beds, china hutches, large sectionals, or large dining sets.

Items must be clean, safe, and ready to use.

Please submit clear photos and measurements for every item.

Home pickup availability may be limited. Typical wait: about 3 weeks.

We charge a fee for pickup to help cover the cost.

Drop-offs are free and greatly appreciated because they allow us to help more clients.
