Clinician
Judith is a bilingual, French and English speaking clinician who works with children, teens, adults and families dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem and everyday stressors. Her person-centered approach is warm and supportive, where she provides a safe non-judgmental environment to promote positive change. Judith holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University, and is a member of Sigma Alpha Pi and Phi Theta Kappa honor societies. Prior to joining Catholic Charities in March 2022 Judith was part of Life Bridge Community Services, where she provided support in the Community Closet, and she has been actively engaged with the Fairfield County OCD Support Group since 2015. Judith is married with 4 children, and in her spare time enjoys travelling, crafting, and spending time with her family and her pets.
