Waleska P. Rosa is a passionate bilingual Social Worker who has worked with underserved populations for over 10 years. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She joined the Catholic Charities team on August 29th, 2022. Waleska received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Lehman College in 2012. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University-Graduate School of Social Service in 2018 with a concentration in Clinical Social Work & Community-based Practice & Leadership. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

Prior to joining Catholic Charities, Waleska was part of the Executive team at HELP USA- a national leader Homeless Prevention Network. She was an integral part of providing permanent, transitional and homeless prevention services to underserved populations in New York City. After several years working as an executive within the homeless prevention field, Waleska decided to transition to a new role in therapy. As a Clinician at Catholic Charities, Waleska has a holistic approach to provide short/long-term psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families.
