Debra started with Catholic Charities of Fairfield County, Inc. as the Controller in February 2018, and was recently promoted to VP, Finance in July 2021.  She holds two degrees, both from Quinnipiac University: a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management.  After graduating, she worked 5 years in public accounting where she was introduced into the nonprofit niche.  She was drawn to organizations dedicated to helping the community, and she went on to work with several highly respected agencies such as The Annie E. Casey Foundation, Easter Seals Goodwill Industries, and the American Lung Association.

When she’s not working, Debra spends time at home in Woodbridge, CT with her husband Matt and their young daughter Harper.
