Director, Community Support Program

Catholic Charities of Fairfield County is seeking a full-time, benefits-eligible Director for its Community Support Program (“CSP”), located in Danbury, CT. Reporting to the Director of the Danbury Family Center, the Director, CSP is responsible for, but not limited to, the management, oversight and supervision of the program.

Essential duties and responsibilities of the position include:

• Direct supervision, mentorship and day-to-day operations of eight part and full time staff;
• Works directly, and in conjunction, with the Regional Billing & Data Quality Manager to ensure attainment of exacting funder reporting standards;
• Monitors program capacity, enrollment and referral processing;
• Interacts with clients on service delivery needs and satisfaction;
• Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively;
• Adheres to compliance with funder (DMHAS) Fidelity Scale;
• Ensures Targeted Case Management Services are delivered & submitted monthly and correctly;
• Advanced skills required in managing Electronic Health Records using Excel and Word applications;
• Oversee and manage staff time in Paycor weekly;
• Collaboration with the funder on the local and state level, report to local funder program client movement/dispositions on a weekly, monthly, and as needed basis;
• Lead and convene weekly staff meetings and weekly group supervision;
• Foster diversity initiatives, inclusion and program culture;
• Collaborate weekly with the Director of New Heights for inter-program needs.
